41.

Yesterday was my lovely husbands 24th birthday...I was going to attempt to bake a carrot cake, but then I went to Harris Tetter and bought one, because I was not in the mood to venture into carrot cake...Oh well, it was delicious and he's not that into birthday stuff so a store bought cake was enough of a gesture. I also had him pick out dinner...and he picked out Stoffer's Lasagna   -__- So we had Stoffer's lasagna and store bought carrot cake for his birthday, I felt like a pretty wonderful wife haha. Well, I had to add something to dinner that I actually made, so I decided to make this tomato salad from frecklednest.

Tomato Salad:
what you need:
-2 large ripe tomatoes
-2 inches of cucumber [peeled]
-1/3 cup Feta Cheese
-1.5 Tbs Olive Oil
-1.5-2 tsp Greek Seasoning
-Salt and Pepper to taste

Chop tomatoes and cucumber into bite sized chunks.
Add feta, salt, pepper, Greek seasoning, and olive oil; mix together. Put the salad in the fridge for 10 minutes so the flavors can blend together.
Give another quick stir, and serve.
I'm aware that "Greek tomato salad" and lasagna don't really fit together whatsoever...but that's okay.
